I had the first service done in Africa and ANTONIO was exceptionally courteous in giving me various advice and making himself available, reassuring me that if I had any problems or doubts about anything, he wouldn't create any problems for me in passing through the workshop.

I would like to report my negative experience with the insurance offered to me by Honda magazine, a certain M.I.A. Supplementary Mutual Assistance. Despite the courteous staff at Honda magazine, the insurance policy offered to me by the aforementioned dealer turned out to be a real scam, or in any case a company that was not at all serious. A year ago my Africa Twin, which was less than a year old, was stolen from the garage and despite all the absolutely appropriate measures to obtain the insurance reimbursement, including reaching an agreement on the amount with MIA Mutua itself, ONE YEAR later, said refund continues to be denied to me by the aforementioned company, without any reason. I find it really bad to propose an insurance company that is not reliable, especially from a dealership like this. Therefore, I can only absolutely advise against relying on M.I.A. Mutua, a company recommended to me by Honda magazine when purchasing the motorcycle.

5 stars for availability, courtesy and assistance. Competent and qualified staff. Super-managed sales department, ready to satisfy customer requests and needs (obviously within the limits of possibilities). Workshop with workers who are experts in the field and above all HONEST. I have been a customer for years and my advice to you is that if you want to buy a motorbike or scooter, don't hesitate too much and go to this store.
